Paid plans are per company, billed monthly (+VAT). If you hit your monthly submission limit, new submissions are paused until your allowance resets, your plan is changed, or a top-up is arranged. By default, all customers start with an 85% warning rule (15% remaining window). Admins can customise thresholds and actions (web/app banner and email) from Usage Alerts. Additional monthly top-up packs are available for Pro and Business customers by contacting us; self-service top-up purchase is not currently available.
